The Planning Board Chairman, Co-Chairman and Secretary are appointed annually by the Town Council.
To make an Application to the Planning Board, the proposed usage must first be reviewed by Zoning Enforcement Officer (ZEO) Gil Raab. ZEO Raab will issue a determination as to whether it is in compliance with zoning ordinances.
Planning Board Application Nights are held at the Town Hall on the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7 pm. Board members must review the proposed project, before an Application can be scheduled for a Board meeting.
Planning Board Meetings, including both Application presentations and Public Hearings, are regularly held the first Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7 pm.
Until further notice, Application Forms and Fee Schedules are available at the Town Hall.
